Throughout February I will be running 50 miles, equating to just under 2 miles a day. This doesn’t seem too much to do daily but juggling this alongside my degree, exams, hockey and everything else I have planned throughout February it will be a struggle. Everyone knows that running isn’t my forte, however I am setting myself this challenge to raise money for a charity that is very close to my heart, Snow Buddies UK. This charity inspires me daily and henceforth why I have decided to raise money for such an amazing good cause

Snow Buddies UK is a charity that helps skiers and snowboarders with a disability or life changing illness to improve both their physical and mental well-being through snow sports.
Snow Buddies hold regular sessions at the Snow Dome where we meet up to practice and most importantly catch up and get to know each other, I aim to travel and meet with the group around once every 2 weeks.
Ski holidays for disabled people can cost up to three times the price and hence why fundraising is paramount.
Throughout my running journey, I will keep you updated along the way and will get to run part of the 50 miles in another country (will keep you updated), i will post a weekly update to log my progress. If anyone has any questions regarding Snow Buddies, then send me a message.
